I work with trauma every day, sometimes they don´t even tell me about it. Instead they will come with physical symptoms and I will find it on my own.

Some of the symptoms they have are: inability to sleep well, depression, anxiety, anger, indigestion, isolation, constipation or diarrhea, headaches, dizziness, inability to feel love, lack of trust and fear.

Medicine can´t help these symptoms, they can mask it, but the energy in the body has to be repaired. Quantum-Touch is a great way to start, and when combined with my other techniques, they will go away.  Usually, if the client is really bad energically it will take up to 6 sessions.

Don´t hesitate to try energy work, it is blessed from God, and everyone deserves to have a happy, healthy life.

The lasting injury was his femur, the large bone above the knee,  which was fractured and never healed. After 16 surgeries there was only 10% bone growth. The doctor wanted to rebreak it again to stimulate more growth, but the man had enough and was refusing. I was asked if I could help, and I was sure I could.

Lupita, my partner, worked on stuck traumas in the body, because he had PTSD. She can also see the bone, and she instructed me on the areas of the bone needing special attention. First I had to straighten the leg as the lower half was crooked with the foot pointing in.  It staightened even with the rod in place. His pain was in the hip socket so I looked at that and the ball was jambed too high up into the socket.  I fixed that and he was pain free for the first time in 8 years.  Finally I ran energy into the fracture site.

When we were done his legs were the same length, the pelvis was straight, the leg was straight, and he was pain free. 2 sessions were done before he was to return to the doctor. Another x-ray was taken and there was now 80% bone growth. His PTSD was gone. He is able to put weight on the leg and I gave him exercises to strenghten the muscles.

All of this was done without me touching him, as the body does not allow me to put my hands where I need to. I am so happy for this wonderful young man.

I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude towards you for all of the healing that you have done for me. This headache which was creating fear within me has disappeared. I feel so so much better now. I hardly have a headache now. I can never stop thanking you for all that you have done. I also had this pain in my neck which has also disappeared together with a cracking sound whenever i would turn my head in any direction. There was also this sound of bone rubbing on bone in my lower back which has also vanished. I feel so very great full to you, i appreciate very much what you have done for me. Remember that everything is about energy. When someone is depressed they have a low energy level. When they feel love, and gratitude they feel high, or light.  That is high energy. When they have high energy they have better immune systems, and are happy.  So the trick is how can we stay in high energy when things are crashing around us. What interpretation do we take internally. Jesus said know thyselves, and that is where we need to start. Our views were formed in childhood. But as much as we love our parents they did not always speak the truth about us.  If this is where you need to start, then go there.

There is universal truth which applies to everyone, and you find it by feeling it in your body. When you ask the question “Am I dumb?” Do you feel tired, or excited, full of energy? You are going to feel tired. Ask yourself anything negative you have been told and you will find it all makes you tired. If you are beating yourself up, feel your body and you will note that you always feel tired.  All judgment then is a lie.

Negative emotion of any kind will make you feel heavier. That is greed, jealousy,superiority, martyrs, anger, resentment, low self esteem,  and depression. These affect your health in a negative way. Maybe you are the one who is always right and you send these emotions to others. First ask am I right? Feel the answer in your body. Then if you are right figure out how to get your message across without harming them. Thoughts are energy and you can put an energy dart into another person, which affects their health. Universal law says harm no other living thing. Check it.

Now that you have seen what the negative emotions can do to your energy (vibration) level, how can you change those thoughts? You have to make it a priority in your life, your brain is a computer, and it needs to be re-programed. When the emotion comes, tell yourself ” NO!” When you repeat this over and over it will eventually stop. If you are not happy, you are looking in the wrong place, because no one can make you happy. You have to be happy with you. I choose to have others share in my happiness, but I am also happy when I am alone.  That was a hard lesson to learn for me, but it could have been easy. You have a choice.

That brings up another point. We speak things all the time by rote. They did not even come from us. How many people say “Life is hard”. What if you said “Life is easy, it flows.” You can change the energy and create peace in your life.

I have  3 students at the present whom I love working with. One has a major problem manifesting money. She is not ready to have money or she would have it. When you feel lack, you will feel heavy. That is not the vibration to manifest anything. I never worry about money, and it flows to me. I give of myself using Quantum-Touch and distance healing, and it flows back to me. Give when you don´t feel you can, there are poor, or homeless people everywhere. It is not your responsibilty what they use the money for. When you open your heart and feel compassion you will bring many gifts your way.

How Thought Affects our Chakra Energy.

You must learn that with every thought there is a reaction. This response can either energize you or decrease your life force. For example, when you have a negative thought:

• Brain: Negative thoughts cause the electricity of the brain to change.

• Meridian: Due to the change of the brain electricity, the meridian energy changes.

• Organ: The organs connected with the meridian are not properly nourished with vital energy and disease develops.

• Chakra: The astral energy feedback changes in the chakra due to the bad thought. This thought has less vitality as it is out of the cosmic tune. A block in the chakra occurs.

• Aura: Negative thinking drains away the energy of the aura. The colors become dull and the auric protection shield weaker. Negativity from the outside can pour in.

• Law of Resonance: When negative thoughts are radiated to the environment, all thoughts on that morphogenetic field will be attracted. The negativity becomes stronger and happens more often.

  Negative thoughts are against the Godly plan of loving. Bad life conditions will be attracted.
  

Thought I should give you a progress report after the two healing
sessions plus the ad-hoc help you so kindly rendered.

My skin disorder on my body and hands are almost all gone. I would
say the healing is 95%. I now only get infrequent and momentary
itchiness usually at the back of my body.

The asthma problem has also improved substantially. Since the
second healing session on 21st, I have not taken any medicine
except using the inhaler infrequently. This is really amazing. I
dare say I am well on the way to a total and complete recovery. I
would say I am 85% cured.

I have also recovered from my momentary “down feeling”. Thanks to
your help.

I came to Jan needing help for depression that I had suffered with for many years.  When she did the work for me, she found many things wrong.  She fixed these things and I feel great.  I now feel ‘alive’ instead of like I am just existing.  I get so much more done than I used to.  When things go wrong, instead of getting upset, I can still smile and laugh and feel like things will be alright, because I am happy now.  Things feel so much better!  I am so glad that I found Jan’s website and that I contacted her for help.  She has helped me so much.
